Many of Heather's clients schedule a full look only once or twice a year, with most appointments focused on maintenance. Unsure about what to book? Heather offers consultations in person or virtually to help you decide. Longer services may require booking 5-6 weeks in advance. She also maintains a waitlist for last-minute openings and reserves some flex days for full look appointments and hair extension installations.
