Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of both our service providers and guests, we request a 72-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees. Missed appointments or late notifications for rescheduling/cancellation will result in the following fees:

  • 24–48 hours before scheduled service: 50% charge of the scheduled services

  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled service or No-Show on the day of service: 75% charge of the scheduled services

Cancellation fees will be processed using the card on file. If we are unable to charge the card, payment will be due prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Cancellations must be made during business hours. Any cancellations submitted when Spark Salon is closed will be processed on the next business day, and fees will apply accordingly.


Credit Card Requirement

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. This policy helps us efficiently manage our schedule and minimize costs associated with late cancellations or missed appointments, allowing us to maintain competitive pricing for our guests. Your credit card is not charged at the time of booking. Your credit card information is securely processed and stored through a nationally accredited merchant service provider; we do not store any credit card information locally.


Late / Tardy Policy

To ensure timely service for all guests, we reserve the right to cancel any appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. If your appointment is canceled due to lateness, a 75% fee of the booked service price will apply.


Wedding Parties / Group Bookings

As a courtesy to our staff, we require a minimum of three weeks notice for cancellations of group bookings. To secure a reservation, a credit card is required along with a 50% deposit and a signed agreement. If the cancellation occurs outside of the required timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes): May result in reduced service time, but you will still be responsible for the full value of the services booked.

  • Delays exceeding 60 minutes: Will be considered a ‘no show,’ and the deposit will be forfeited.


Pricing Policy

All prices quoted or published are starting prices and are subject to change without prior notice.


Services Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a follow-up appointment to make adjustments at no additional cost.

For issues reported after 5 days, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. We recommend returning to your original service provider for any necessary adjustments.

Products Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days, provided at least two-thirds of the product remains.

Please note:

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.

  • Returns will be issued as a Spark Salon gift card. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
